Suggestion: Monthly town hall meetings

I think we should have regular monthly town hall meetings where community members can directly engage with leadership. Currently, it feels like there's a disconnect between residents and decision-makers. Open dialogue would help tremendously.

Monthly might be too frequent. How about quarterly meetings to start?

I think monthly is necessary. There are always pressing issues to discuss.
